Jennifer McKinney

Account Executive/Co-Owner

Jennifer brings years of experience in customer relations, retail sales, communications, and management and strategic marketing to the Fresh Inc. team. She works with a variety of clients helping them achieve their branding and marketing goals with common sense and a talent for the exciting and unique. Jennifer is the proud Mom of two monstrous boys who she loves dearly, and when not at work, Jennifer is out hiking, mountain biking or actively volunteering with the local Rotary Club.

Aleece Laird

Account Executive/Co-Owner

Aleece has a BBA in Marketing from TRU and over 15 years experience in strategic marketing and sales. She particularly enjoys working with clients where she can assist in all facets of their marketing, from idea generation and brainstorming to the strategic planning and subsequent implementation of a plan, and bringing the Fresh Inc. team in to lend their talents and expertise. When not at work, she can be found on the soccer field, enjoying time with her family or volunteering her time and bettering her community.

Crystal Imrie

Creative Director

As the Creative Director of the Fresh Inc. design team, Crystal brings a critical eye and attention to detail to each and every Fresh Inc. project. She graduated top of her class from the TRU Digital Art & Design course and has over a decade of experience in graphic design, six of which have been in a Creative Director role. It is her with her extensive background in fine arts and years of experience that she draws upon to ensure Fresh Inc. clients’ work is fresh, exciting and appealing.

Nelson Reid

Interaction Designer & Developer

Nelson graduated with his Digital Art & Design Diploma from TRU and his design specialties include web design and information architecture. He’s an award winning graphic designer who can communicate the client’s project and information in a creative, interactive and eye catching way. As an integral part of the Fresh Inc. design team, Nelson specializes in creating memorable and awesome flash animation for websites to help Fresh Inc. clients look as professional and as cutting edge as possible.

Natalie Gower

Graphic Artist (On Maternity Leave)

Natalie Gower is an honors graduate with a graphic design diploma from the Durham College School of Design, Natalie has over 12 years of experience in graphic design. She spent four years working at a boutique design agency in downtown Vancouver before joining the Fresh Inc. team four years ago. She’s worked with clients such as Lululemon, BC Dairy, Tourism Kamloops, Mastercraft and others. She is proficient in all things print from billboards, editorial media, apparel graphics, outdoor signage, branding and corporate identity packages.

Hayley Roy

Graphic Artist | Production Coordinator

Hayley Roy is an honors graduate with her diploma from the Digital Art & Design course at Thompson Rivers University. Hayley is ultra creative, designing brands for many Fresh Inc. clients such as Fresh is Best® Salsa, the entire Sustainable Futures Campaign with Rex Recyclable for the TNRD and City of Kamloops, Purity Feed and many others. She’s efficient, an exceptional communicator and brings a great eye for detail to each project she’s a part of the team on. When not at Fresh, she can be found baking, travelling and enjoy her passion for old cars.

Kevin Haag

Interaction Designer & Developer

Kevin graduated with his Digital Art & Design Diploma from TRU. He started out at age of 10 making computer games and has been working with computer graphics ever since. He designs and develops websites focusing on the design and layout, web standards, browser compatibility and usability. He enjoys utilizing social media to improve brand placement and awareness for clients and gets a kick out of making Fresh Inc. clients’ website unique and outside the norm.

Curtis Bateson

Graphic Artist

Curtis graduated from the Digital Art & Design Diploma program from TRU in 2012 and is the most recent team member to Fresh Inc. He’s always had a passion for graphic design, crafting gig posters and logos for his bands. He loves working at Fresh Inc. (his words) and his biggest strengths are creating clean and professional layouts for advertising materials and loves illustrating and typography. When not at Fresh, Curtis is an avid guitar playing, Converse All-Stars wearing hockey nut who will have his nose buried in a book or playing video games.
